Platform Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using TDC Sites. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the visual multi-tenant website generation tools, hosting environments, and related applications, widgets, and services (“Services”) provided by TDC Sites (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription tier, or using our visual editor canvas to build, publish, or manage websites, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a team, enterprise, or business entity, you warrant that you possess the authority to bind that entity to these conditions.

2. Description of Services

TDC Sites offers an advanced, multi-tenant website layout builder that allows subscribers to visually construct and deploy websites. Key capabilities include:

  • Visual Block Canvas: Interface elements permitting drag-and-drop structural section composition with instant canvas feedback.
  • Multi-Tenant CMS Engine: Structured content management tools including schematized custom collections and fields.
  • Edge Publishing & Custom Domains: Immediate compilation and publishing of sites under subdomains or user-mapped custom root domains, featuring edge SSL certificate provisioning.
  • API-Driven Webhooks: Public REST engines to enable data extraction, CSV submission exports, and workflow automation.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or deprecate any portion of the Services at any time to accommodate architectural enhancements, security updates, or feature additions, with or without prior notification.

3. Registration & Accounts

To utilize the site builder and create workspaces, you must register for an account. We offer credential registrations, Google OAuth integrations, and secure biometric Passkey authentication.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breaches of security. Account credentials may not be shared among multiple individuals; each workspace member (Owner, Editor, or Viewer) must maintain their own distinct account.

4. Subscription & Stripe Billing

We offer free subscription tiers and paid billing levels (Standard and Pro) processed securely via Stripe.

  • Billing Cycles: Charges are incurred on a monthly or yearly cycle depending on your selection. Yearly subscriptions save approximately 17% and are billed in a single lump sum.
  • Auto-Renewal:Paid subscriptions automatically renew under the same terms unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via the Plans & Billing tab in your Profile.
  • Stripe Integration: Payment methods and invoices are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store raw credit card details. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all renewal fees.
  • Downgrades & Quotas: If a payment fails or a paid subscription is downgraded, your workspaces and sites will be retroactively subjected to the lower tier quotas (e.g., limits on active sites, custom domains, or form submissions). Excess sites or resources may be locked or disabled.

5. User Content & Hosting License

You retain complete ownership of all data, layouts, custom code, images, CMS items, and text that you upload, design, or collect through your published websites (“User Content”). We do not claim ownership rights over your User Content.

By building and publishing websites on TDC Sites, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, parse, cache, display, distribute, and compile your User Content solely to the extent necessary to deliver the Services (such as rendering pages on our edge networks, storing database backups, and resolving custom domains).

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use TDC Sites to construct, host, or publish any website that:

  • Contains or distributes malware, spyware, viruses, or phishing campaigns.
  • Engages in spamming, deceptive practices, or violates third-party trademark and copyright protections.
  • Exploits, harms, or threatens individuals, or hosts material that promotes severe hatred or illegal activities.
  • Attempts to bypass our platform quotas, scrape our compiler code, or compromise the integrity of our edge servers.

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, workspace, and hosted domains without refund.

7. AI Co-Pilot & Generations

Subscribers may access our AI Design Co-Pilot Assistant to automate theme alterations and layout compositions.

You acknowledge that AI generations are created using advanced language model pipelines. The Company does not guarantee the complete accuracy, safety, or suitability of generated layout components. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing all code, structures, and designs suggested by the AI assistant before publishing them live to edge domains.

8. Snapshots & Data Retention

TDC Sites offers an Atomic Snapshots engine that records the complete database and layout revision state of your sites. Depending on your subscription plan, version history records are retained for a specific timeframe (e.g., 30 days or unlimited).

While our system maintains these snapshot revision tables to facilitate simple rollbacks, the Company is not liable for data loss occurring due to accidental deletions, corrupted custom layouts, or expired version history ranges. We strongly recommend export-backed archiving for critical database-backed collections.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, POTENTIAL ADVENTURE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM (I) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY DOWNTIME, DNS PROPAGATION DELAYS, OR FAILURE OF EDGE SSL PROVISIONING; OR (III) THE ACCIDENTAL REVERSION OF SITE VERSIONS.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TDC Sites operates, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within our primary corporate location to resolve any legal action.
